Average interval between trains published by DMRC for each section (as on 31.08.2026). Peak hours are 08:00–12:00 and 17:00–21:00, the hours outside DMRC’s off-peak definition. Rapid Metro Gurugram figures come from its own page (peak 08:00–11:00 and 16:00–20:00 on weekdays; Sunday is one flat interval).

How the metro day works

Most lines start between about 05:00 and 06:00 and run until around midnight; the Airport Express starts earliest, and Rapid Metro Gurugram stops earliest. The times above are what DMRC’s journey planner gives for a working day. DMRC does not publish a separate Saturday or Sunday timetable for each station; it does say that on Sundays some Phase-III sections start at 06:00, and for festivals, Republic Day, Independence Day or the half marathon it announces changed hours in press releases.

Peak hours, when trains are most frequent, are 08:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 from Monday to Saturday, which is also when smart-card holders lose the extra off-peak discount. On the Pink Line ring trains run in both directions, and DMRC gives a frequency for each.

None of this is live. For delays and closures, check the line status on DMRC’s website or app on the day.
