Nirman Vihar opened on 6 January 2010 on the Blue Line branch to Vaishali, an elevated station between Laxmi Nagar and Preet Vihar. Trains here run between Vaishali and Yamuna Bank, where the branch meets the main line, and some continue through towards Dwarka Sector 21: the westbound platform is signed for both.

DMRC describes it only as one of its elevated stations, but the gate list tells most of the story. Two of its five gates are labelled for V3S Mall, two for Nirman Vihar colony and one towards Mandawli. Near the station there are also the PSK coffee home, Scope Minar and several commercial office buildings.

DMRC does not publish separate Saturday, Sunday or holiday times for each station, and on special days it announces changes in advance. A last train after midnight belongs to the previous evening’s service. “Not published” means DMRC’s own answer was inconsistent (arrival before departure), so we leave it out.
