Tagore Garden Metro Station
Blue Line · West Delhi, Delhi
About Tagore Garden metro station
The neighbourhood this Blue Line station serves is named after Rabindranath Tagore. The station opened on 30 December 2005, elevated and with side platforms, between Rajouri Garden and Subhash Nagar in West Delhi.
DMRC describes it only as elevated, but its four gates spread out over the area around it: Kendriya Vidyalaya in Khyala, Guru Govind Singh Hospital, Cambridge School and the DDA flats, and J-Block Rajouri Garden with the Green Flats. On the Blue Line it is on the main route, so trains here may be bound for Noida or, after the branch at Yamuna Bank, Vaishali.
First and last metro at Tagore Garden
Departure times from this station on a weekday, as DMRC’s journey planner gives them (checked on Tuesday 20 October 2026; the planner takes no date). DMRC does not publish separate Saturday, Sunday or holiday times for each station, and on special days it announces changes in advance. A last train after midnight belongs to the previous evening’s service. “Not published” means DMRC’s own answer was inconsistent (arrival before departure), so we leave it out.
