Bhajanpura Metro Station
Pink Line · North East Delhi, Delhi
About Bhajanpura metro station
Bhajanpura is one of the newest stations on the network. It opened on 8 March 2026, when DMRC inaugurated the new Pink Line section that day, one of eight elevated stations on it. It sits between Khajuri Khas and Yamuna Vihar in North East Delhi.
One platform takes trains towards Yamuna Vihar and Majlis Park, the other trains towards Maujpur-Babarpur. Maujpur-Babarpur is where the ring and the spur to Shiv Vihar split, and the two run as separate services, so for Gokulpuri, Johri Enclave or Shiv Vihar you change there. DMRC has not yet published a description of the station.
First and last metro at Bhajanpura
Departure times from this station on a weekday, as DMRC’s journey planner gives them (checked on Tuesday 20 October 2026; the planner takes no date). DMRC does not publish separate Saturday, Sunday or holiday times for each station, and on special days it announces changes in advance. A last train after midnight belongs to the previous evening’s service. “Not published” means DMRC’s own answer was inconsistent (arrival before departure), so we leave it out.

What is near Bhajanpura metro station
The two gates are named after the areas they serve: Gate 1 for Bhajanpura Market and Gate 2 for Chand Bagh. DMRC’s nearby list for the new station gives only hospitals and police stations several kilometres away, and no named places appear within 400 m on the map, so the gates are the best guide to where you will come out.
