Jhilmil opened on 4 June 2008 on the Red Line, an elevated station in North East Delhi. DMRC’s short note on it says there is an industrial area near Gate 1, and the gate itself is signed for Jhilmil Industrial Area.

The station sits between Dilshad Garden and Mansarovar Park, both about two minutes away. It has two side platforms, Platform 1 for trains to Rithala and Platform 2 for trains to Shaheed Sthal (New Bus Adda), the two ends of the line. Inside, the station has ATMs of Punjab National Bank and State Bank of India.

Departure times from this station on a weekday, as DMRC’s journey planner gives them (checked on Tuesday 20 October 2026; the planner takes no date). DMRC does not publish separate Saturday, Sunday or holiday times for each station, and on special days it announces changes in advance. A last train after midnight belongs to the previous evening’s service. “Not published” means DMRC’s own answer was inconsistent (arrival before departure), so we leave it out.

Average interval between trains published by DMRC for each section, dated by DMRC itself “as on 31.08.2026”. It is a scheduled average, not a live figure. DMRC does not state its peak hours for the metro: it publishes only an off-peak window (start of service to 08:00, 12:00 to 17:00, 21:00 to close, Monday to Saturday), so peak here is 08:00–12:00 and 17:00–21:00 by subtraction. Rapid Metro Gurugram is the one line that does publish peak hours, on its own page: 08:00–11:00 and 16:00–20:00 on weekdays, with one flat interval on Sunday.
