Dwarka Sector 11 Metro Station
Blue Line · South West Delhi, Delhi
About Dwarka Sector 11 metro station
Dwarka Sector 11 opened on 1 April 2006 and stands on the elevated Blue Line viaduct, with side platforms, between Dwarka Sector 10 and Dwarka Sector 12. DMRC has little to say about it beyond calling it one of the several elevated stations on its network, and it has kept the same name since it opened.
What a rider notices first is the destination board. Platform 1 lists both Noida Electronic City and Vaishali, because DMRC runs through trains from Dwarka onto the Vaishali branch, which leaves the main line at Yamuna Bank. Platform 2 takes trains back to Dwarka Sector 21, where the Blue Line ends. The station has two entrances, one for each side of the road.

Departure times from this station on a weekday, as DMRC’s journey planner gives them (checked on Tuesday 20 October 2026; the planner takes no date). DMRC does not publish separate Saturday, Sunday or holiday times for each station, and on special days it announces changes in advance. A last train after midnight belongs to the previous evening’s service. “Not published” means DMRC’s own answer was inconsistent (arrival before departure), so we leave it out.

Frequently asked questions
The Blue Line splits at Yamuna Bank. DMRC runs some trains from Dwarka through to Vaishali on the branch and others to Noida Electronic City on the main line, so Platform 1 here carries both destinations. Check the train’s board before boarding if you are heading east of Yamuna Bank.
It opened on 1 April 2006 as an elevated station with side platforms on the Blue Line. It has kept the same name ever since, and DMRC records no former name for it.
