Dwarka Sector 21 is a terminus of the Blue Line and a through station on the Airport Express Line.

The Blue Line ends here, underground, and the Airport Express Line passes through on its way between Airport (T-3) and Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector 25. The station opened on 30 October 2010, together with Dwarka Sector 8, as an extension meant to serve Dwarka residents better and give them an interchange with the airport line. It was designed by Absolute Architecture. On the Blue Line its only neighbour is Dwarka Sector 8, and DMRC notes that the station is close to Dwarka, which it calls Asia’s largest residential area.

DMRC describes it as an underground station on the Airport Express, which it also calls the Orange Line, with an interchange to the Blue Line and a link to the airport’s Terminals 3 and 2 and to New Delhi railway station. The building above the platforms was let out commercially: the ground floor and two upper levels house the Pacific D21 Mall. The Airport Express platforms have platform screen doors, and in August 2014 a 500 kW rooftop solar plant was recorded on the building.
