Nawada opened on 30 December 2005. It is an elevated station between Uttam Nagar West and Dwarka Mor, on the main Blue Line, so trains towards Noida Electronic City and the Vaishali branch both call here; the line divides at Yamuna Bank.

The station has five gates, labelled by DMRC for Matiyala Gaon, Kiran Garden, Nawada Gaon and Shyam Park. DMRC’s description adds only that it is one of the network’s elevated stations. Its eastbound platform is signed for both Noida Electronic City and Vaishali, since DMRC runs through trains between Dwarka and Vaishali as well as to Noida, so the destination shown on the train matters when boarding here.

DMRC does not publish separate Saturday, Sunday or holiday times for each station, and on special days it announces changes in advance. A last train after midnight belongs to the previous evening’s service. “Not published” means DMRC’s own answer was inconsistent (arrival before departure), so we leave it out.
