Trains first called here on 27 August 2011, when the Green Line section to Kirti Nagar opened together with that station. Satguru Ram Singh Marg is an elevated stop with side platforms, sitting between Kirti Nagar and Ashok Park Main, the junction where the Green Line’s two western arms meet. DMRC says little more about it than that it is elevated, and it has a single entrance: Gate 1, which DMRC describes as serving Patel Nagar Railway Station and Prem Nagar.

That railway link is the station’s main point of interest. Patel Nagar Railway Station is the nearest Indian Railways station and stands next to the metro; DMRC puts it 0.25 km away, about five minutes on foot. Because of the branch layout, DMRC runs two Green Line services, Kirti Nagar–Brig. Hoshiar Singh and Inderlok–Brig. Hoshiar Singh, and this station belongs to the first of them.

DMRC does not publish separate Saturday, Sunday or holiday times for each station, and on special days it announces changes in advance. A last train after midnight belongs to the previous evening’s service. “Not published” means DMRC’s own answer was inconsistent (arrival before departure), so we leave it out.
