Shivaji Park opened on 2 April 2010 as one of the Green Line’s elevated stops, built with side platforms and sitting between Madipur and Punjabi Bagh West. DMRC’s own description adds nothing beyond its elevated structure, so its two gates tell more of the story: one is signed for Maharaja Agrasen Hospital, the other for Shakur Basti railway station.

The Green Line splits into two branches at Ashok Park Main, one to Inderlok and one to Kirti Nagar, and both run on through Shivaji Park to Brig. Hoshiar Singh. Every train heading for Brig. Hoshiar Singh therefore stops here, while a train in the other direction may be bound for either branch, so it is worth checking the destination before boarding.

Departure times from this station on a weekday, as DMRC’s journey planner gives them (checked on Tuesday 20 October 2026; the planner takes no date). DMRC does not publish separate Saturday, Sunday or holiday times for each station, and on special days it announces changes in advance. A last train after midnight belongs to the previous evening’s service. “Not published” means DMRC’s own answer was inconsistent (arrival before departure), so we leave it out.
