Palam is one of the underground stations of the Magenta Line, opened to the public on 29 May 2018 between Dashrathpuri and Sadar Bazar Cantonment. DMRC calls it the key connectivity to Palam railway station and to Dwarka Sub City.

The station was built under Phase III with features that were new for the network. It was given parking space for 66 e-rickshaws, a recognition that e-rickshaws had become a crucial last-mile link to metro stations. It also has art installations: the passage between exit gates two and three, opened for public use as a subway to cross the road, has a rooftop installation depicting the blue sky and walls decked with handmade ceramic tiles. Glass separators divide the station area, including at the automatic fare collection gates, to control crowds and speed up entry and exit.

A last train after midnight belongs to the previous evening’s service. “Not published” means DMRC’s own answer was inconsistent (arrival before departure), so we leave it out.
