A separate station from its namesake one stop away, Karkarduma Court opened on 31 October 2018 as part of the Phase III Pink Line. It is elevated, with side platforms, and DMRC adds nothing beyond its type in its description.

The gates make the purpose clear: Gate 2 faces the Karkarduma Court and Gate 1 Garg Hospital. Trains run on the Pink Line ring, with Karkarduma 2.3 minutes away and Krishna Nagar 1.8 minutes away. For the spur to Gokulpuri, Johri Enclave and Shiv Vihar, change at Maujpur-Babarpur.
