Ghitorni Metro Station
Yellow Line · South Delhi, Delhi
About Ghitorni metro station
Ghitorni opened on 21 June 2010 on the stretch of the Yellow Line that runs elevated along MG Road towards Gurugram. It sits between Sultanpur and Arjan Garh, with side platforms.
DMRC’s own description is unusually warm. It calls the historical Ghitorni village, near Gate 2, a beautiful urban village surrounded by the green Ridge and famous for its kushti dangals, the wrestling bouts. It also mentions the Ghitorni market, known for factory outlets of various brands and for stone art, the many farmhouses in the area, and the Sashastra Seema Bal intelligence training school near Gate 1 on MG Road. A DMRP police station is near Gate 1 as well.
First and last metro at Ghitorni
Departure times from this station on a weekday, as DMRC’s journey planner gives them (checked on Tuesday 20 October 2026; the planner takes no date). DMRC does not publish separate Saturday, Sunday or holiday times for each station, and on special days it announces changes in advance. A last train after midnight belongs to the previous evening’s service. “Not published” means DMRC’s own answer was inconsistent (arrival before departure), so we leave it out.
