Sector 61 Noida joined the network on 9 March 2019, one of the stations of the Blue Line extension whose construction had started in 2015. It is an elevated station with side platforms, placed between Sector 52 Noida and Sector 59 Noida.

DMRC’s description is brief and generic. Its gates are labelled by direction: Gate 1 towards Park View Apartment and Gate 2 towards the Sector 71 thana, the police station. Platform 1 serves trains to Noida Electronic City and Platform 2 trains to Dwarka Sector 21; the Vaishali trains of the Blue Line do not come this way, as they turn off at Yamuna Bank.
