Pulbangash, which DMRC spells Pul Bangsh in its description, opened on 3 October 2003 as an elevated station of the Red Line, between Tis Hazari and Pratap Nagar in the Old Delhi district.

DMRC calls it one of the elevated non-interlocking stations of the Red Line, and points out that it has a single entry gate, Gate No. 1, towards Roshanara Road. It names the peripheral areas the station serves: Kamla Nagar Market, Azad Market, the Clock Tower, Barf Khana, Sadar Market and Roshanara Road. From its two platforms, trains run to the two ends of the line, Rithala and Shaheed Sthal (New Bus Adda), and Kishan Ganj Railway Station is a short distance away.

DMRC does not publish separate Saturday, Sunday or holiday times for each station, and on special days it announces changes in advance. A last train after midnight belongs to the previous evening’s service. “Not published” means DMRC’s own answer was inconsistent (arrival before departure), so we leave it out.
