It was earlier known as Ajronda.

Neelam Chowk Ajronda opened on 6 September 2015 on the Violet Line in Faridabad, an elevated station between Old Faridabad and Bata Chowk. It was formerly listed simply as Ajronda, and DMRC notes that it is also known as Lakhani Armaan Neelam Chowk Ajronda, a name that also appears on the label of its Gate 1.

The station has one platform for trains towards Kashmere Gate and one for trains towards Raja Nahar Singh (Ballabhgarh). DMRC labels its three gates for Lakhani Armaan and Neelam Chowk on Mathura Road, for Crown Plaza Mall and Azad Colony, and for 18/1 Mathura Road, opposite Neelam Chowk Ajronda.
