Sarita Vihar opened with the first section of the Violet Line on 3 October 2010, the day of the Commonwealth Games opening ceremony, and was the line’s terminus until the second section opened in 2011. It is elevated, between Jasola-Apollo and Mohan Estate.

DMRC’s page offers only its general note on elevated stations. The two gates are labelled Sarita Vihar Residential Area (Gate 2) and the Vodafone office (Gate 1). The station is in South East Delhi, inside the section from Kashmere Gate to Badarpur Border for which DMRC publishes its own average frequency, and trains run from its two platforms towards Kashmere Gate and towards Raja Nahar Singh (Ballabhgarh).

DMRC does not publish separate Saturday, Sunday or holiday times for each station, and on special days it announces changes in advance. A last train after midnight belongs to the previous evening’s service. “Not published” means DMRC’s own answer was inconsistent (arrival before departure), so we leave it out.
