NHPC Chowk Metro Station
Violet Line · Faridabad, Haryana
About NHPC Chowk metro station
NHPC Chowk takes its name from NHPC Limited, a public sector undertaking whose head office stands a stone’s throw from the station. It opened on 6 September 2015 on the Faridabad section of the Violet Line and is elevated, between Sarai and Mewala Maharajpur.
The layout is simple, with one platform towards Kashmere Gate and one towards Raja Nahar Singh (Ballabhgarh). DMRC’s own entry gives nothing beyond its elevated structure, and its three gates are labelled after businesses rather than streets or colonies. The station lies in Faridabad district, one of the Violet Line stops in Haryana.

Departure times from this station on a weekday, as DMRC’s journey planner gives them (checked on Tuesday 20 October 2026; the planner takes no date). DMRC does not publish separate Saturday, Sunday or holiday times for each station, and on special days it announces changes in advance. A last train after midnight belongs to the previous evening’s service. “Not published” means DMRC’s own answer was inconsistent (arrival before departure), so we leave it out.
