It was earlier known as Badli Mor.

Formerly Badli Mor, Haiderpur Badli Mor opened on 10 November 2015 as part of the Jahangirpuri – Samaypur Badli extension of the Yellow Line under Phase III. On 8 March 2026 the Magenta Line arrived, as part of its Deepali Chowk – Majlis Park section, making it an interchange. It is a two-level elevated station.

On the Yellow Line its neighbours are Jahangirpuri and Rohini Sector 18, 19; on the Magenta Line they are Bhalaswa and North Pitampura. The Magenta trains here run only on the Deepali Chowk – Majlis Park section, which is not connected to the rest of the line. Yellow Line trains use Platforms 1 and 2, towards Millennium City Centre Gurugram and Samaypur Badli, and Magenta trains Platforms 3 and 4, towards Deepali Chowk and Majlis Park.
